System Overview

Notify

Sensors monitor for various types of damage throughout a property, if an incident occurs they notify the Control Panel. The Control Panel notifies the property manager of the incident. If property managers opt-in the control panel can also shutoff water to the area of concern to thwart water related damage.

Resolve

Property managers receive notifications of the incident type and exact location so they can deploys the right service team member to resolve the incident. If necessary, a Valve Controller can automatically turn off water to the affected zone or the property manager can choose to turn it off from their phone.

Connectivity

The AWSAM System is 100% wireless, independent, and is safe and secure outside of your IT firewall. As a self-contained cellular system it is plug-and-play, ready for install, and included with connectivity. The system can be installed permanently or temporarily without the need for Wifi or phone lines.

Water

Monitor critical areas in homes for water intrusion, mechanical failure, sump pump levels, toilet leaks, condensation drain backups, elevator pits, ice makers, and much more.

Temperature

Monitoring for high and low temperatures in specific areas or throughout your home to prevent damage.

Low temperatures- Early indication of pipe freezing conditions to address the issue prior to freezing. Low temperatures are also an indication of break-ins or HVAC malfunction.
